Art Heals Event: Gallery tour
The event is going to be held August, 2012 for a month at the Da Vinci Art Alliance
(Note: This event pertains to the winners of Healing, Spirit Totem, Landscapes, Mandalas)

Group Exhibition Requirements:
All work must arrive to the location, gallery ready, meaning it must arrive ready to install. For those pieces not gallery ready or in poor condition will be excluded from the exhibition. Please try to have all art pieces, as professionally maintained, as possible. All art pieces shipped must be sent in a reusable container, or packaging with returned shipping pre-paid. Please remember to include a return label with your work. All work will be returned the same as it was delivered unless otherwise specified. All work will stay for the duration of the exhibition.
Important: All work not claimed in 40 days after exhibition will be donated to a local library, school, or charity, so please after exhibition claim your work, or contact us if problem develops. Insurance issues: All of your pieces will be insured while on gallery premises this includes damage caused by us or patrons, theft, or vandalism, However,: Insurance does not cover damage that was sustained during shipping process this includes mishandling by carrier, or if the packaging used to protect the artwork in transit fails. Please make sure all mounting systems used are of good quality.
We will not be responsible for damage caused by faulty mounting systems, or damage to material of piece due to faulty mounting systems. The average amount of pieces needed for the group exhibition should be no more than 3-4 pieces. All artwork during gallery unless otherwise notified will be available for sale during exhibit.
The Da Vinci Art Alliance retain 15% and The Artistic Circle retains 10% commission on all artwork sold during exhibition. For a total of 25% commission.
